Frequently asked questions

Can I change tier at any time?
Any time, from your account: move from Free to Plus, Pro or Max, or the other way round, the new quota applies from the next payment.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Never. Korai uses only open-weight models that are already trained. Your conversations are not retained on our servers.
Can I use Korai in production right now?
Yes. The Pro tier includes a professional quota and Korai Kode with project memory, suited to recurring use; for a broader contractual engagement, see the Enterprise tier.
Do I need a credit card?
No, not for the Free tier. A card is only requested when you subscribe to a paid tier (Plus, Pro or Max).
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no notice or penalty. A tier change or cancellation applies from the next billing period.
How does Korai compare to ChatGPT or Claude?
Korai is open-weight (no black box) and peer-to-peer (no hyperscaler data center for inference). The orchestrator runs in Paris; the website is served by Vercel, a US company. For general use, current models compete with GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 on most tasks.
